Returns and Exchanges

Our period for changes and returns is 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order at your home, or from the receipt notice in store if you have chosen the store pick-up option.

You can make changes in Noon stores (except in the corners of El Corte Inglés) for another item or an exclusive voucher without expiration to be used in a physical store. On our website you can also request an exchange (in size or color as long as it is the same item) in the exchanges and returns panel.

To make a return you must send your order to our facilities. The customer must bear the cost of the return.

Remember that the garments have to be in perfect condition and with a label, otherwise the return could be rejected.

For hygiene reasons, it will not be possible to make changes or returns of accessories, as well as bikinis or swimsuits that do not have the hygienic adhesive that protects them. Shoes must be returned in their original box.

RETURN PROCESS

To make the return in the Noon store you must present the order confirmation email and you will be able to receive your return in the form of a VOUCHER without expiration to be used exclusively in the physical Noon store. The deadline for this is 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order.

1. Enter your order number in our changes and returns panel as well as the email you used in your online purchase.

2. Select to return your order or part of your order.

3. Select the reason for your return. If you want to help us improve, being as honest as possible will be the best option 🙂

4. Prepare your package safely and choose one of the two shipping options:

Include the garments that you want to return through any courier company, making sure that the package is well sealed (you can use the original packaging or any other) and correctly identifying it with the order number and the buyer's name to the following address:

*Remember that the customer must assume the cost of shipping costs*

In order for us to pick up your order, you must request your pick-up here.

This service has a cost for the client of €5.90, which will be deducted from the total amount to be reimbursed once we receive the package at our facilities.

CHANGE PROCESS

You can change any item or items in your order at the noon store (except in the corners of El Corte Inglés) for another item or the same item in another size or color. If the exchanged item is of a lower amount, the difference will be refunded in the form of a voucher without expiration to be used in the Noon store.

*Remember that to make a change in store it is not necessary to request it on the web, it is only necessary to present the order confirmation email.

2. Select if you want to change your order or part of your order.

3. Select the reason for your change. If you want to help us improve, being as honest as possible will be the best option 🙂

4. Our customer service team will contact you within 24/48 hours to organize the change. We will pick up your garment to change and at the same time, we will deliver the new garment or size.

We are sorry if you have received a product with a factory defect. The Order Preparation Department carefully checks each garment before it is shipped.

It is not usual, but if it happens, we will be happy to replace the defective item with another one in perfect condition. To do so, you must contact pedidos@noonspain.com and send us photos to check the defect of the item.

If by mistake, you have received an order or a garment that does not correspond to what you had ordered, contact pedidos@noonspain.com indicating your order number and including a photograph of the products that have arrived.
